SSI and homelessness

SOAR (SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery) is a training program that helps case managers submit stronger applications for homeless applicants. SSA also allows a 'homelessness' address code and mails checks to a shelter, food pantry, or general delivery address.
